Coaching Options

One-on-One
This is a highly focused program tailored to your individual goals. With 1:1 coaching, there will be weekly coaching sessions where we will cover eating habits, healthy food options, and lifestyle changes needed to reach your health and fitness goals. These sessions can be delivered in person or via video/phone call.
Cost: $79/session

Small Group
This will be a group of up to 6 people following a predesigned program focused on healthy eating and lifestyle habits. The program will have a set start and end date. There will be weekly meetings held via live video chat.
Cost: $30 per person/session

Challenges
These are 6-12 week programs that focus on daily habits leading to long-term behavior changes. These programs will incorporate various nutritional and lifestyle habits. Each challenge will have a specific outcome and be geared around particular metrics. They will utilize apps and communication through the apps.
Cost: Will be determined by the length of the challenge.
