Membership Based Small Group Workout Classes and Yoga

Duration:

  • 45 Minutes

Class Size:

  • 4 Participants per workout class

  • 6 Participants per Yoga class

Schedule:

  • Workout: Monday and Wednesday - 6:15am, 5:15pm

  • Yoga: Saturday- 8:00am

Membership:

  • 1 workout per week $120 per month (that’s $30 per class!)

  • 2 workouts per week $200 per month (that’s $25 per class!)

  • Individual class sold only to members

Workout

Experience the perfect balance of strength, cardio, core work, and flexibility in this dynamic 45-minute workout class. Designed for a small, focused group of just four participants, Fit Collective Class ensures personalized attention, tailored exercises, and maximum results.

This class is built around a 4-week progression system, allowing you to gradually increase intensity, refine technique, and track your progress over time. Each week, you’ll build on the foundational skills from the previous class, ensuring that you continually challenge your body while improving strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Yoga

Get ready to move, breathe, and build momentum in this energizing 60-minute class designed for all levels. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that boost strength, flexibility, and balance—while staying grounded in intentional breathwork and mindful movement. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers plenty of options to dial up or down based on your energy and experience. Expect an uplifting, supportive environment that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on the day.

What to Expect:

  • Strength Training: Build muscle, increase strength, and boost metabolism with functional exercises using free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight, and Yoga positions.

  • Cardio Intervals: Get your heart rate up and improve cardiovascular health through high-intensity bursts, paired with active recovery periods.

  • Core Focus: Activate and strengthen your core with a variety of exercises that engage your entire midsection for improved posture and balance.

  • Flexibility Work: Lengthen and stretch muscles to enhance mobility, improve recovery, and prevent injury.​​

With only four or six participants, the small group setting ensures you receive individualized coaching and modifications to meet your personal fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our expert trainer will guide you through each movement to ensure proper form and maximize results.
