About

Our Story
Perfect Fit was founded by Brad Zajork in 2013, born from a personal journey of transformation. Brad’s passion for health and fitness started in high school athletics and continued as he played college football while earning his degree in Exercise Science. Despite his active lifestyle, Brad struggled with his weight—until one summer he decided to take full control of his health. By building a customized program for himself, he lost 70 pounds and experienced firsthand how physical change can impact every part of life—mentally, emotionally, and beyond.
That breakthrough became the foundation for Perfect Fit.
Brad started with one client at a time, tailoring each program with the same intention and precision he used for his own success. As demand grew, so did Perfect Fit. Within two years, it expanded to offer a wider range of services to the community—all rooted in the same belief: fitness must be personal to be sustainable.
“Fitness isn’t something you can work on once in a while. It has to be part of your life. Even now, I have to stay consistent with my own plan to stay healthy. It’s not always easy—but when you find your perfect fit, everything changes.”
